Chibi-Chan Preschool is a program of the Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC) for children ages 2-5 years old. Activities encourage cognitive development, physical development, social/emotional development and creative expression of each child. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuition ranges $520-$940/month for potty trained and non-potty trained. Partial scholarships are available. V.
