The Japanese Community Yourh Council (JCYC) provides children, youth and their families cultural, educational, recreational and vocational programs, services, and activites. Agency brochures and individual program brochures are available year-round at no charge. Events include Vision for the Future (Winter), JCYC's Anniversary Event (Spring), and Tomodachi Summer Camp. Admin Hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Program hours and fees vary. B,V.
