Address 1340 Tully Road, Suite 314, San Jose, CA, 95122-3055 Project Reconnect is the first outpatient substance abuse treatment program for Asian/Pacific Islander (A/PI) youth in the nation. Project Reconnect targets A/PI youth ages 13-20. Project Reconnect services include outreach and engagement, education, intake and assessment and treatment through individual counseling, psycho educational groups, peer support groups, family support, case management, social/recreational groups, community service and after care. Youth learn leadership skills, educational/vocational skills, peer counseling and Asian history. Culture, pride and identity, and how they impact youth in their adduction and recovery are addressed through the program. B,D,V.
