(RAMS, Inc.) is a private, non-profit mental health agency that is committed to advocating for and providing community based, culturally-competent and consumer-guided comprehensive services, with an emphasis on serving Asian and Pacific Islander Americans. Founded in San Francisco's Richmond District in 1974, RAMS, Inc. offers comprehensive services that aim to meet the behavioral health, social, vocational and educational needs of the diverse community of the San Francisco Area with special focus on the Asian and Pacific Islander American and Russian-speaking populations.They offer individual and group therapy; clinical case management; couple and family therapy; play therapy for children; partial hospitalization services; residential care; patient vocational training; consultations and psycho-education; psychological assessment and testing; and psychiatric evaluation and medication. Hours: Monday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesy, Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (and by appointment). Sliding scale fees. B,V.
