Founded in 1972, the Caucus has always strived to defend and empower the Asian Pacific American community through a three-pronged strategy of community education and organizing, provision of direct legal services and strategic impact litigation. Legal services are free or moderate cost to low income citizens or seniors. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. B,D,V.
