The Enman No Tomo Senior Center is a program of the JACL - Sonoma Chapter. The main goals of Enman No Tomo Senior Center's monthly sessions are to assist the senior members of the community in remaining independent as long as possible and to enrich their lives through activities. This is done through regular exercise catered to members, lessons in relaxation techniques and other forms of exercise, arts and crafts, guest speakers and field trips to places of interests. In addition, Enman No Tomo Senior Center helps to facilitate, strengthen and assist individuals in maintaining their mental and physical health, and provide support and friendship. Enman No Tomo takes place on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in the Memorial Hall. B,D,V.
