International Institute of the East Bay offfers immigrant and refugee support to assist in the social adjustment of living in the U.S. Services include refugee resettlement, youth services, counseling and group support services, information development and legal services. Publications include countywide reports on demographics and population with specific emphasis on newcomer populations. Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Legal fees charged for immigration counseling on a sliding scale. B,D,V.
