The Hokka Nichi Bei Kai promotes Japanese culture, Japan-America relations and community activities. Hokka Nichi Bei Kai administers use of their facility for tea ceremony to qualified instructors, and schedules its facility for other cultural activities including ikebana, calligraphy, karuta kai, Japanese language and Japanese classical and folk dance groups. Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. V.
