The specific and primary purpose of the Northern California Japanese Sword Club is to institute programs for the study and appreciation of and to promote and undertake activities to encourage the preservation of ancient and modern Japanese Samurai blades, sword fixtures, armours and related objects. The swords are appreciated for their cultural, artistic and historical values and aesthetic and expert craftsmanship. B,D.
