Pacific Shintaido practices the martial art of Shintaido in the Bay Area in five regular classes a week plus three workshops a year. A quarterly Pacific Shintaido bulletin is printed. Events include the Kangeiko in January, Spring Gasshuku in May and meditation workshop in August/September. Selected hourly classes weekly. Drop-in fee $10/class. B,D.
